sesame seeds -1 bowl
red chilli - 1/2 spoon
salt for taste
1. Take a pan add the sesame seeds roast till it turns light brown in colour.
2. Keep stirring so that it won’t burn out.
3. Let it cool for 10-15 mins, then pound the roasted seeds, chilli powder and salt into a smooth powder.
Sesame powder is ready to eat.
